Decades of Indian atrocities failed to suppress the Kashmir struggle: ISPR

Rawalpindi: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Director General ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor said, Kashmir remains a long pending unresolved issue on UN agenda since 1948 and the determined Kashmiris shall succeed In sha Allah.
 
Paying tributes to Kashmiri brothers and sisters over their continued struggle for right to self-determination, the Pakistan army's media wing said that Indian Occupation Forces have failed to suppress their struggle for freedom.
 
Kashmir Day is being observed today to reiterate whole-hearted support of the Pakistani nation to just struggle of Kashmiri people for their inalienable right to self-determination under UN resolutions. A one minute silence was observed throughout the country to pay homage to the martyrs of the liberation struggle.
 
Earlier, on Feb 4, the Corps Commanders of the Pakistan Army expressed solidarity with resilient Kashmiri brethren. The 218th Corps Commanders' Conference presided by General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarters reviewed the geo-strategic environment and security situation of the country.
 
In separate messages on Kashmir Solidarity Day, President Dr Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan have reassured people of Kashmir that Pakistan will remain consistent in its principled position on the Kashmir issue.
