Professional Achievements

Mudassar Bukhari, a Dutch One Day International cricketer, was born on December 26, 1983 in Gujrat, Pakistan. Mudassar, who is a bowling all-rounder often used as a pinch hitter made his debut for the Netherlands in a first class fixture against Canada. He batted at number eight and made an unbeaten 66. He then took two quick top order Canadian wickets.

A promising all-rounder, Mudassar Bukhari represented the Netherlands 'A' side several times before his call to the full squad in June 2007. He also made One Day Internationals (ODIs) against Canadian national cricket team on 3 July 2007.

He took 3-24 on his ODI debut against Canada in July 2007, scored two half-centuries in his first four ODIs, including 71 against Ireland. Mudassar took 13 wickets at the ICC CWCQ in 2009, including a Man of the Match performance against Canada.

Mudassar’s batting is better suited to the short form of the game so he is likely to come in at seven or eight in four day matches. One of the highlights in his career was a Man of the Match performance against Canada in the World Cup Qualifiers in South Africa, when he made 85.
