Professional Achievements

Reham Khan, hails from Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Her father Dr Nayyar Ramzan, a physician moved to Libya in the late 1960s, where Reham was born in Ajdabiya on 3 April 1973. Though she was born into a family of doctors and solicitors, she decided not to follow them but follow her heart instead.

She gained a Bachelor Degree in Education and started a Postgraduate in Journalism but due to a change in her personal circumstances she switched to a Postgraduate in Broadcast Journalism at North Lindsey College, United Kingdom.

In order to fund her studies, she started looking for jobs and consequently ended up juggling two jobs at Legal TV and Sunshine Radio. Every day, after classes, she would drive for 2 hours to Birmingham to present a live show on Legal TV.
A year into the job she moved to Worcestershire and started working for Sunshine Radio Hereford and Worcester, reading the news and sport in the mornings as well as presenting on television in the evenings. Many people would have found it stressful or at least tiring but she loved her work.

In 2013, Reham Khan came to Pakistan and joined news channel News One. She later joined Aaj TV. In 2014, following a brief stint at PTV, she joined Dawn News presenting the current affairs show In Focus. Following a brief hiatus in early 2015, she resumed her work with a new show on Dawn News ‘The Reham Khan Show’.

Enjoy life as much as you can and groan as little as possible is her motto. There is always so much to smile about and her work is one of the things that keep her smiling! She enjoys singing and dancing and love talking to friends on the phone. She travels a lot and sometimes had ended up living in exotic locations for over six months at a stretch.
One thing that really disturbs her is when she sees young people turning towards yobbish behaviour or crime. She would really like to do something towards improving life for young kids in deprived areas.

She married to politician and former cricketer Imran Khan which ended on 30 October 2015 in a divorce.
