Sadaf Parvaiz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University (Canada), a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and holds a Certified Public Accounting designation in the U.S. She is working towards a Certificate in Intercultural Studies and provides coaching to leaders in her organization on leading and leveraging diverse teams.
 
Ms. Parvaiz’s responsibilities at Ernst & Young are to co-develop and implement strategies and initiatives to help the firm progress on its journey toward being a truly inclusive workplace.
 
Her volunteer activities have included the Brampton Safe City Council and the Society of Pakistani Canadian Professionals and Academics. She was elected to United Way’s Board of Directors in 2011.
 
Sadaf Parvaiz is a champion of the inclusiveness vision at Ernst & Young. She is passionate about creating an environment that is and feels inclusive for all EY people. She has chosen her personal development path in accordance with her goals within the Firm.

Currently, Sadaf’s responsibilities are to co-develop and implement strategies and initiatives that help the firm progress on its journey toward being a truly inclusive workplace. She is working towards a Certificate in Intercultural Studies and provides coaching to leaders in her organization on leading and leveraging diverse teams.
 
Known for her organizational and presentation skills, Sadaf uses these skills both outside the Firm and within. Sadaf leads focus groups and workshops, manages task forces and implements action plans, and engages a broad network of inclusiveness representatives from across the firm. Her volunteer activities have included the Brampton Safe City Council and the Society of Pakistani Canadian Professionals and Academics.
 
Sadaf Parvaiz has been active in the Society of Pakistani Canadian Professionals and Academics for the last several years in various capacities which, includes her current role as President. Sadaf has trained and worked for several years in the assurance practice of Ernst & Young serving SEC registered clients primarily in the automotive and consumer products industry.
 
Currently, her responsibilities are in the organizational change discipline. Her focus is to help Ernst & Young develop programs and coach leadership that will help the firm progress on its journey toward a truly inclusive workplace.
 
Sadaf is a frequent speaker both in and outside of Ernst & Young. She speaks at corporate workplace conferences as well as in the community. Her volunteer activities include the United Way of Toronto and Muslims in Motion.
 
Sadaf leads by example by working flexibly in order to create an environment of inclusiveness. By adjusting her work hours she is able to fast during the month of Ramadan and spend time with her family and friends.
