Qeema Stuffed Potato Recipe in English:Ingredients:- Mince Chicken 250 gram- Potatoes Large 5-6- Onion thinly sliced 1- Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon- Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon- Green chilies paste 1 Tablespoon- Salt To taste- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon- Coriander mint leaves as per need- Mozzarella Cheese as per need- Green onion as per need- Tomato thinly sliced 1- Olives 5-6- Butter 2 Tablespoon- Black pepper to tasteDirections:Qeema:- Heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onion. When onion are brown add mince chicken, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes,- Add red chili powder and let it cook until chicken is cooked well.- Add chopped coriander and mint leaves - Fry for 2 minutes. Your filling is ready. Set aside to cool. Potato stuffed:- Half boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes. - Slice tops off of potatoes and scoop the flesh out, leave skin intact.- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.- Fill potato with salt, butter, mince chicken, green onion, tomatoes. Add cheese on top, garnish with olives, black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.- Qeema stuffed potatoes are ready to serve.Qeema Stuffed Potato Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:- Chicken qeema 250 gram - Pyaz bareek kati 1 - Aaloo bare size ke 5-6 - Adrak paste 1 khanay ka chamach- Lehsan paste 1 Khanay ka chamach- Hari mirch pisi hui 1 khanay ka chammach- Namak hasbe zaika- Lal mirch 1 chai ka chamach- Dhaniya podina kata hua hasbe zaroorat- Mozzarella Cheese hasbe zaroorat- Hari piyaz hasbe zaroorat- Tamatar bareek kata hua 1- Olives pieces - Makhan 2 khanay kay chamach - Kali mirch hasbe zaikaPakanay ka Tareeka:Qeema:- Oil garam Karen aur pyaz shamil karke brown karlen. Adrak lehsan paste, pisi huee hari mirch aur qeema shamil karke bhoon len.- Phir lal mirch shamil karay aur achi tarha se bhoon lain. - Akhir main dhaniya aur podina shamil karain.- 1-2 min tak bhoon lain aur qeema tayar hai. Potato stuffed:- Aloo ko 10 – 15 main tak boil karain. Khyal rahay ke Aloo ko poora boil nahi karna hai.- Aaloo nikal len aur chamach ki madad se beech main se uska gooda nikal len. - Phir aloo kay andar thora namak aur makhan dal dain. - Phir qeema, hari piyaz aur tamatar bharen ooper cheese shamil karlen kaali mirch, olive daalden- Oven ko pehle se garam karlen 180 degrees C pe aur phir aaloo ko 20 minute bake Karen.- Mazadar qeema stuffed Aloo tayaar hain.
