Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Makhan (Butter) 80 gms (1/3 Cup)-Pani (Water) 1 Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Coriander) chopped 1 tbs-Anday (Eggs) 3-Aloo (Potatoes) Boiled & mashed ½ Cup-Cheddar cheese grated ¾ Cup-Parmesan cheese ¼ Cup (optional)-Oil for fryingDirections:-In wok,add butter and water,bring it to boil and mix well.-Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 3-4 minutes until dough is formed.-In bowl,add dough,black pepper powder,salt,green chilies,coriander and egg,mix well.-Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.-Add mashed potatoes,cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese,mix well.-Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture and make a small ball.-In wok,heat oil and fry on low flame until golden.-Add this mixture in piping bag and fry on low flame until golden.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Makhan (Butter) 80 gms-Pani (Water) 1 Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Coriander) chopped 1 tbs-Anday (Eggs) 3-Aloo (Potatoes) Boiled & mashed ½ Cup-Cheddar cheese grated ¾ Cup-Parmesan cheese ¼ Cup (optional)-Oil for fryingDirections:-Karhai mein makhan aur pani dal ker ubal lein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Maida dal ker 3-4 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein yahan tak ka dough bun jaye.-Bowl mein dough,kali mirch powder,namak,hari mirch,dhania aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Ek,ek ker ka anday daltay jayein aur mix kertay jayein.-Aloo mashed,cheddar cheese aur parmesan cheese dal ker mix ker lein.-Haathon ko oil sa grease ker ka mixture ki small ball bana lein.-Karhai mein oil garam ker ka golden hunay tak halki ancch per fry ker lein.-Is mixture ko piping bag mein dal dein aur golden hunay tak halki ancch per fry ker lei
