Recipe in English:Ingredients:Sauce:-Pani (Water) ½ Cup-Soy sauce 2 tsp-Oyster sauce 2 tsp-Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 tbs-Corn flour 1 tbsChicken Filling:-Oil 2-3 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 1 medium-Chicken mince (Chicken qeema) ½ kg-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs-Gajar (Carrot) chopped ½ Cup-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup-Matar (Peas) ½ Cup-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Dried parsley 1 tspDough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp-Ghee 3 tbs-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup-Cutter/Cookie cutter-Oil for fryingDirections:For Sauce:-In bowl,add water,soy sauce,oyster sauce,green chili crushed and corn flour,mix well and set aside.For Chicken filling:-In wok,add oil,onion and mix until translucent,add chicken mince and cook until it changes color.-Add ginger,carrot,capsicum,peas,salt,black pepper powder and mix well.-Add prepared sauce,mix well and cook until water is dried.-Add dried parsley, mix well & let it cool.For Dough:-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,carom seeds,ghee and mix well until crumbled.-Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.-Wet your hands with water and knead dough again.-Take a small dough,make a ball and coat in dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.-Take a dough,add chicken filling and mozzarella cheese,apply water at the edges,fold it and press and seal the edges with cookie cutter.-In a wok,heat oil and fry on low flame until golden brown.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Sauce:-Pani (Water) ½ Cup-Soy sauce 2 tsp-Oyster sauce 2 tsp-Hari mirch (Green chili) crushed 1 tbs-Corn flour 1 tbsChicken Filling:-Oil 2-3 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 1 medium-Chicken mince (Chicken qeema) ½ kg-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs-Gajar (Carrot) chopped ½ Cup-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup-Matar (Peas) ½ Cup-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Dried parsley 1 tspDough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp-Ghee 3 tbs-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup-Cutter/Cookie cutter-Oil for fryingDirections:For Sauce:-Bowl mein pani,soy sauce,oyster sauce,hari mirch crushed aur corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur side per rakh dein.For Chicken filling:-Karhai mein oil aur pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak mix karein,chicken qeema dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak paka lein.-Adrak,gajar,shimla mirch,matar,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Prepared sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pani sukh janay tak paka lein.-Dried parsley dal ker mix karein & thanda ker lein.For Dough:-Bowl mein maida,namak,ajwain aur ghee dal ker crumbles hunay tak mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,geelay kapray sa dhak ker 30 minutes kliya rakh dein.-Haathon ko pani sa geela ker ka dough ko dubara ghond lein.-Small dough la ker ball bana lein,atta mein coat ker ka rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Dough ko bail lein,chicken filling aur mozzarella cheese dal dein,edges per pani laga lein aur press ker ka edges ko cookie cutter ki madad sa seal ker lein.-Karhai mein oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown fry ker lein.
