Vanila Ice Cream Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Doodh (Milk) 400 ml-Cream 400 ml-Vanilla essence ½ tsp-Anday ki zarde (Egg yolks) 4-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ CupDirections:-In pot,add milk,cream and vanilla essence,bring it to boil while mixing continuously (4-5 minutes).-Remove from heat and whisk until it comes to room temperature.-In bowl,add egg yolks,caster sugar and beat until it changes color.-Now gradually add milk mixture in egg mixture,whisk until well combined and strain it.-Put it back on stove,whisk until custard thickens and let it cool.-Pour the mixture in air tight container and freeze it for 4 hours.-Take out from freezer,beat for 2 minutes,cover and freeze for 4 hours.-Again take out from freezer,beat again and put it in freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Doodh (Milk) 400 ml-Cream 400 ml-Vanilla essence ½ tsp-Anday ki zarde (Egg yolks) 4-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ CupDirections:-Pot mein doodh,cream aur vanilla essence dal ker ubal anay tak musalsal whisk kertay rahein (4-5 minutes).-Chulhay sa utar lein aur whisk kertay rahein yahan tak ka room temperature per ajaye.-Bowl mein anday ki zarde aur bareek cheeni dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak beat ker lein.-Ab egg mixture mein thora thora ker ka milk mixture daltay jayein aur whisk kertay rahein aur strain ker lein.-Dubara chulhay per rakh ker custard garha hunay tak whisk ker lein aur thanda ker lein.-Mixture ko air tight container mein dal dein aur 4 hours kliya freeze ker lein.-Freezer sa nikal ker 2 minutes kliya beat ker lein,dhak ker 4 hours kliya freeze ker lein.-Dubara freezer sa nikal ker beat karein aur serve kerna sa pehlay kum az kum 4 hours kliya freez ker lein.
